The box its self appears good to go at this point but the hydrometer and the humidifier not so much. Both of them attach to lid with magnets but the glue used to hold the magnet on doesn't hold at all. The hydrometer actually fell apart into two pieces and wont stay together. I ended up removing all of the factory adhesives and applying my own which so far is working. All in all I do like the box but plan on possibly having to do some repairs to accessories before using it.

We have gotten so many compliments on this Humidor! We took it to our Cigar lady here in town, she had her son calibrate everything and set it up. They both were ranting a raving about this Humidor. It was very simple to set up. The Hygrometer reads on point! So glad that we purchased this Humidor

I have a Elie Bleu humidor for years and needed to get a relatively inexpensive humidor for my beach house. I'm a sucker for the American Flag, so I thought I'd give this one a try, not really expecting anything much. This humidor is just as good as, if not better than, my $2,000 Elie Blue. I've had it for a month now and it is keeping a constant humidity level and my cigars are so perfect! It took a little while to get the level up to speed, but with a little TLC, it's perfect. I wiped down all the sides with distilled water several times and then I left the humidification unit in the bottom, face up with a puddle of distilled water on top of the unit. I placed all my cigars on the shelf so they wouldn't get wet, but would participate in soaking in the humidity. I closed the box, let the water become absorbed and did the same thing for three days in a row. The box and cigars were perfectly hydrated. This is a great box! ...and it looks amazing btw as an added plus. Sorry Elie Blue!
