Not 100%, but close

These are great cuffs, however, I work at a sheriff's department, and our cuffs are unbearable, these are slightly bendable near the joint. Not 100% solid. The actual mental won't bend, but at the joint, it will bend slightly. Not enough that someone could break out, not enough to cause any fear either. Beyond that, great cuffs. The metal is coated, so its not harsh to the touch, also.

I have a few pair of issued cuffs that are quality steel grade, and i have a pair of plastic ones from a gag gift. These are in between. Dont like that the ends of the chain twist/move. (The part that is attached to the cuff itself on both end.)

A very sturdy, very durable device. Despite this, unlocking it feels nice and smooth. We haven't had it for long but I think they will last a long time. The price is fantastic considering the quality of the cuffs.
