Sweet and no aftertaste

I am amazed at how sweet this is. It doesn't leave an aftertaste and you can use it for many recipes. I have used it in my coffee, when making porridge, in my pancakes. I have even use it to make this "sugar and cinnamon " mixture for sweet bread and it is by far the best non-sugar and no calorie sweetener. It is even sweeter than sugar. So try small amounts first. It comes in a re-closable package. Try it. You're gonna love it.

I have found that although it states that 1 cup of Pyure = 2 cups of sugar, I cut it down much more.
In recipes for baked goods that call for a cup of sugar, I find that 1/4 cup is quite adequate. In recipes with fresh fruit, even less is needed.
I make a peach tart and used only 3 tablespoons of Pyure to macerate the sliced peaches and it was perfect.

This is the best Stevia product, it's without any bitter after taste. They only negative thing I can say about it was the way it was packed.. two of these packages of Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend Stevia... plus a Clip Sports Plus Mp3 player covered with six of those little AirBags. Well, upon opening the box from Amazon I found one of the packages of Pyrue was more than half empty.. that package had a right angled hole in the side under the letters "L and E" in the word BLEND which matched the corner of the Clip Sports Plus MP3 player box.. stevia had also entered these box..
What ever you do don't order anything in a small box if you order Pyure Stevia, or you could end up with only one bag of Pyure!
