I tried one of the Healthy Chioce Cafe Steamer dinner tonight. I bought several dinners at the grocery store. Tonights entree' was the Sweet Seasame Chicken. These are for microwave oven use only. The dinner contains Rice, Chicken, Carrots, Beans and bits of Mushrooms and Sweet & Sour Sauce.
Place in microwave for about 4 minutes and its done. The clear seal pops up on its own. Remove it when done, pick up the inner steamer tray then dump the contents in the bowl and mix.
Plenty of Big chunks of chicken.
The sweet & sour sauce was fine, not too tangy or spicy.
I counted about 13 different entree's at the store tonight. I will be buying more of these.

I eat a Health Choice steamer dinner every day -esp. the ones with rice. It is a perfect portion and great taste with the sauce on the bottom. I am handicapped so this dinner microwaves in 4 minutes and is perfect for me. Wish I could find coupons.
