Update:
The seller reached out and offered a full refund, which I truly appreciate. I believe that customer service is everything in a business and they have proven to have great customer service. Therefore, I am upgrading my rate to 4 stars instead of 3. I didn't take the refund offer as I gave the product to a family member who wanted to try it and she has not had any issues with with it. I believe it all depends on your skin sensitivity to certain products.

I really wanted to love this toner. I really did. I use a gluconic toner 3x a week at night and I absolutely love it. I purchased this toner as a filler for my morning routine as I don't use the glyconic during the day. Although the glyconic toner is stronger, it has never broken my skin out. However this toner has. I have a breakout all a long my jawline. I have decided not to use it anymore as a daytime toner.

I love this face wash, makes my face feels clean getting all that makeup off, clears my brown skin and does not dry my skin out.

As a teenager I never had so much as a single pimple or any type of acne or skin issues.
Fast Forward... Since having children my skin has changed. For the past 8 months I have been dealing with the WORST case of acne ever. I was so embarrassed to face the world that I wouldn't leave the house. And when I did, even using makeup would just enhance the hundreds of whiteheads and the drying skin flakes & wrinkles from my skin being overdrive by the use of other products.
Now, I will admit that I did not see a difference when I first used this product. I thought, "Great, more wasted money on empty promises." But, once I started spraying the toner on the Swisspers
Premium Exfoliating Cotton Rounds, 80 Count and wiping my face instead of just spraying the toner on, "OH MY!" The dirt, oil and dead skin that comes off was insane!
I now use it up to 3 times a day after cleaning my face. And each time it looks like I haven't washed my face in weeks. That's how well it gets deep down into the pores. Now doing this is a little drying to my skin, but it's better than the alternative. I just make sure that I use a moisturizer after I use this exfoliating method.
And speaking of pores, I have been doing this method for about 3 months now and I see a great reduction in the size of my pores. And my skin tone is so much brighter.
I can actually go out makeup free now! Whatever is going on with my hormones is still causing this wicked acne spell, I've been here before, but until it ends I have a great arsenal of products to help me.
I'm glad I made this purchase. Now, my search is on to find the best InstaNatural facial moisturizer to use.
