Good quality. My son is using them for baseball to increase arm strength for pitching. The only thing I don;t like is that his team set has a handle in addition to the velcro wrist band. Perhaps there was another model to order that I did not see.

These bands are great quality! I was very please with the resistance that they allow. My son and husband use them to stretch out their arms before a sport (we use them for baseball and roping) or to increase range of motion. They clip easily anywhere, and are easy to pack and store.

My grandson son is a pitcher in a 14U travel team. I Jaeger bands because he was Telling me his arm was hurting him a bit. Now he said the pain is a little better. So far so good. I'm going to start using them myself I've had over six surgerys on both rotater cuff and I'm always in pain maybe the Jaeger bands may help. I will up date this review in a few months and let you know if it's working for me.
