I have a rather dated Nissan Pathfinder. The battery terminals have a habit of corroding rapidly, and are the crimp style, making them challenging to replace. Furthermore, the corrosion was starting to get into the harness wiring as well. After my terminals finally stopped carrying a charge, I chose to go with these instead of dealing with crimp terminals again. After three months, no corrosion at all. They fit the posts of my particular battery with no problems or adjustments. Installation was easy and only required an Alan wrench set. Clean start every time, and not having to worry whether or not my wiring harness has corroded to the point of no longer carrying a charge is a huge relief.

Item as described! I was worried on the other reviews that theirs are breaking with little force tightening it so I did tighten both slowly to be safe until snug and not moving at all. I only used one of the shims included on the negative post. Saw this at local auto parts store for $11 and some cents each this one is a steal $15 for bothðŸ‘

These things are really heavy duty. Replaced my old corroded stock terminals with these. So far so good, super easy to swap out as well. Just make sure you have enough slack first then disconnect both battery terminals (safety first), clip off wires from old terminal. Insert wire(s) into an appropriate sized opening, then tighten down with Allen wrench.

They look good. Easy to hook up accessories. Ends of stranded wire when used should have crimp end or tinned (soldered) as screws do not have a hold down plate for the wire (just screw against wire) and this can cause strands to move when tightening. Other than that pay attention as tightening as bolt will bend if over tightened as with most clamps.

I bought these to clean up the battery terminals on my 93 Honda Civic project. They look great and fit snug against the posts on the battery without using the included shim. These can be a pain if you don't have multiple allen/hex head seems wrenches. I have a t-handle set so it wasn't an issue. I will update after a few months of use. So far a great purchase.
