Absolutely love this so much. Bought it for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift and he absolutely loved it. The stapler itself is amazing quality, very durable! the sheets it come with look so cool in person and are also very good quality.. the little guitar pick sander broke on the handle but its like nail filer texture so not too upset with that at all.. the pick keychain holder is amazing quality too.. feels like a very dependable leather , not cheap feeling at all..

This was a really cool gift from my wife and I really looked forward to making some cool guitar picks with it. Sadly it lasted exactly ONE pick before it broke. That is correct, ONE pick and then it totally blew apart. What makes it even worse is it was a gift so it was outside the 30 day return before I even got it, so there was not even an option to contact the seller to see if a return of some sort was even possible. So if you are gonna buy it or gift it, make sure it is within the 30 day return window when it is used.
Edit: I was able to contact customer support and they promptly sent me a new one even though it was out of the 30 day return window. I have used it multiple times and it is working perfectly. Thank you people from Pick-A-Palooza...

My 14 y/o grandson decided to take up the guitar this past year and I was wracking my brain on what to get him for Christmas that he didn't already have. I was happy at first with the product. I used it once for about 1 strip of plastic provided with cutter. It worked well. When I used it the second time, it snapped in half where the opening for the plastic is. I wrote to the company 2 weeks ago and haven't had any response yet. Lesson learned.
UPDATE: This company contacted me and is sending another cutter. They were very pleasant and respectful. I am changing my review to 4 stars.
