I bought the wand to help me dust seasoning onto meat evenly and precisely, especially chicken, fish, and pork. When I pinch and sprinkle, it always looks juvenile and lumpily inconsistent. I mix seasonings into a chef prep bowl and mix well, then (easily) transfer to the dusting wand. I'll leave a photo next time I use it so the balance of spices is noted. It's also a cinch for dusting powder sugar on baked goods. It washes up easily and I let air dry after a few shakes to release any drops of water. BUY ONE. . . ENJOY!

A simple twist of the stem opens the "ball" and makes filling this dusting-wand quick and easy. A few light taps and a perfect "snow" of confectioner's falls to your baked goods. When finished, simply re-twist the stem to re-open and return the unused sugar back to storage. Clean-up is quick and easy (I would recommend to only hand-wash this item and dry immediately afterwards). A wonderful gadget that saves time and provides professional results.

We love these dusting wands in my house. We do a lot of baking from scratch and anything that makes life easier is something we will use often. We have one that we keep with the flour for bread making and another one for powdered sugar. This is also one that can be easily rinsed and used in the cocoa powder, if the need arose. The design is simple enough that even my granddaughter can use it. It sprinkles the flour or powdered sugar or whatever lightly and evenly. So much better than using a cup or a spoon or my hand.

This is one of those times I feel comfortable giving a perfect score. I always do a ton of research before I buy anything and after seeing this one I thought I would give it a shot. I really love this wand and its so convenient. Even filling this wand up is fun. I use it every single day when making my cappuccino and it gives just the right amount of dusting. I also was able to use it when baking cookies last Christmas and the sugar came out perfect. Actually the best out of any duster Ive used. You will not be disappointed if you buy this product. If you are, it's not what your looking for.
