Great idea and nice to have on a cold day and still get your protein. Although I did not like the taste. I might put a little vanilla in it next time. The taste was more medicinal tasting , if that is the right way to put it.

Love this stuff. But I only use half a packet of Bariwise per cup of cocoa and then add a teaspoon of straight cocoa powder-if you doctor it up this way it really tastes delicious.
