Great if you have food allergies!

I have a ton of food allergies/sensitivities, thanks to an autoimmune disorder. I can tolerate these very well. And they are tasty! Fairly mild with a little sweetness, just very pleasant tasting. There were a few other cereals I could tolerate, also rice based, that have since been discontinued, so I am grateful that Barbara's still makes these. If you have trouble with other grains, as I do, give these a try!

The cereal itself deserves 5 stars. I have been eating it for several years and enjoy the flavor and appreciate the nutritional value. The 4 stars is because of the packaging. This is the first time in 2 years that the six boxes purchased were packed in a box that was too shallow, resulting in several boxes to be slightly to moderately smashed. I already reviewed the packaging. If it happens again, I will return the order and consider another supply source, as I really do like the Puffins Honey Rice cereal.

We weren't aware of this cereal's existence, as we've never seen it locally, but we discovered it when we were on vacation to Maine this past summer. It is delicious in all the flavors we've tried, and we love that a portion of the proceeds of the sale of each box goes to Project Puffin. Will continue to order through Amazon, as long as the price stays to a reasonable level. The wife and kids love it. We buy a 4-pack from Amazon and it is gone in two weeks!

I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter and bought this for my children. I was surprised by how good this cereal was and how much! I almost felt guilty eating it, since it tastes like some kind of peanut butter dessert!
The only downside of this cereal is the price, I just don't think cereal should be almost $5 a box.
If it was cheaper, I would probably buy this cereal more, since it's not, I have not bought it in awhile.
