I have the copper reflux condesor rather than the stainless one. I have been very happy with it. I've done 4 batches now and my product has been high quality.

Seriously the best contraption of this variety I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. Set up is a breeze and the instructions are unmatched! Recipes, detailed instructions, diagrams and information are everywhere and absolutely everything you need minus yeast, water, and sugar is in the box. Product arrived undamaged and in good working order. Truly a spectral to observe and operate.
I was a bit hesitant about it's ability to run off 97% (193+ proof) in a single run. Even after watching videos online and demonstrations, I did not thing it was possible with something this compact and clean and simple and frankly sexy AF.... I was wrong. It ran 190+ proof. All day. Straight to the bank.
If you've got the money to shell out for this bad Mamma Jamma, I implore you. It is worth every freaking penny!!!!

So far so good. Distilling some very very clean neutral spirit! Its taking some patience tho. It doesn't fly outta the still. Takes about 5 hours per run. The hydrometer read 196 proof. But, the spirit was about 80 degrees and I believe you're suppose to take the reading around 68% so there is probably a little compensation needing to be done there. I figure its a pretty solid 95%. Crystal clear too from a corn meal/ sugar wash. Overall I am happy. It is a very good starter still. I have learned so much so fast. The next still is gonna be a BIG one lol.
