I normally wear a 2XL shirt, and this coverall, at a 2XL size, was large enough to wear a pair of gym style shorts and t-shirt underneath, but nothing more than that (and socks, of course!). If you expect to wear jeans or a heavier shirt underneath, go at least one size up.
Durability was iffy, for the 3 pair I received....but that may have been just as much the narrow openings in my attic, that I had to squeeze through, as the durability of the coveralls. Guess I'm not too petite! LOL

Cheapest ones I could find at the time

I think these things are all about the same, whatever the brand. Someone I know who has used the more expensive Dupont brand ones at work described them as being about the same as these.
They are thin and rip easy if you snag them on something but can be patched with duct tape.
I got the 5xl and it was loose enough to move freely but not ridiculously loose. I usually wear an xl in shirts.

Works as well as the expensive suits.

I'm sanding 40 years of paint off the bottom of a 30' sailboat I purchased. My initial purchase of suits was at Harbor Freight, paper suits, for around 7 bucks each. Those suits don't hold up well, in fact sometimes rip just putting them on. So I switched to a tyvek suit for the same money, purchased on Amazon, and those were very good. On a whim I ordered these suits and regret not finding them sooner. In fact, I'm going to order a few more just to have on hand.
Yesterday I sanded for six hours straight, on my back, working around the cradle of my sailboat. It was hot, dirty work, and I fully expected this suit to be destroyed. To my amazement, the only tears I found were a very small one on my left knee and a similar one at the crotch. Everything else, the hood, the arms and the body of the suit was in great shape. Mind you this was full respirator, rubber gloves, safety glasses and face shield. I'm impressed!

"2X-Large" is right size for 5'10" 170lb me

As i'd never tried these before, I bought the cheapest size as a sort of trial run (why such a big price difference between sizes?) which was the "2X-Large" for $3.18 thinking I would be swimming in a clown suit, but as it turns out this was actually the perfect size for me. I am 5' 10" 170 lbs. It fits well though I didn't really test out if it rips easily. instead I merely put these underneath my old canvas overalls, put on my n95 respirator and go under to clean out the rat nests, figure out leaks and fix cables and all that stuff, yet come out clean as heck when im done, then throw this suit in a plastic bag for next time. Regarding those overalls, they are absolutely nasty with ground-in moldy rat turd crawlspace grime which I simply leave out on a hangar in the rain and let nature do its thing, having this suit to put on under them, I don't bother washing those nasty overalls anymore...
Also, having the integrated hood is worth the price alone as i bump my head into who-knows-what and dredging out tangles of spider web mummies, plus the zipper is quite small and comes up to the neck so you wont dig a hole in your chest as your negotiating the so-called crawlspace (more like a wiggle-worm space since its only about a foot high so never any chance to crawl on knees). it wasnt as much of a sauna-suit as i expected reading the other reviews (but yes its winter and only in the high 50s).

Good for skin treatments

So this may seem weird but my fiance suffers from severe psoriasis. I used this coverall lab-coat for him to wear while sleeping. I applied aquafor, african shea butter, oils, steroid cream and wrapped up his feet/calves with saran wrap then put socks on over the saran wrap. His hands I just used a pair of gloves. This worked well and the moisture did not spread onto our sheets/blankets. This really helps me to be able to put stuff on his whole body. It did look like he was a Chernobyl mad scientist, dexter, or something of the sort. It would be a great Halloween costume at this price point. I bought a second, will buy more :)
