For ten bucks with shipping, this deal can't be beat. For fun, I compared them to my "made in Japan" specialized cage. The specialized is on the right. The quality is incredible at this price point. I went out for an 18 mile ride on the local paths, streets and curbs. No slips or falls. They came with the mounting bolts and two stickers (great for the toolbox). My advice if you are concerned, get some lock washers so they won't move over time or use some threadlocker.

I put both on my Specialized crosstech. They look great.

these are fabulous water bottle holders! the material is stronger than the ones my local bike shop carries (except for their $40 model!), and I can still bend them to fit our larger one liter Sigg.

Great experience purchasing, they even sent me cute little stickers! Fabulous bottle cages for the price.

the only downside I could see to this item is, it doesn't have that soft coating that some holders do. I could see how it *may* scratch the finish of a water bottle, though there are no sharp edges. I doubt it though, and our bottles get beat up anyway so it's not a concern of mine.

This is a purchase for my hubby: One of his old cage broke so he needed a new one and happen to find this product during his search...Awesome product...It was delivered ahead of time (I had 2-day free shipping, Prime) by a full day. Right out of the box it looked really nice, it weighs next to nothing, installation was a breeze (just putting the screws into the bar that we were attaching the cage to...) the holes are perfectly aligned unlike his last one where he had to coax (force) it into its place...

On the down side, you might not be able to install this cage on the bar that has front derailleur clamp (attached to the frame)...Haven't tried it but will update after checking it...

Great product. The Friendly Swede delivers quality again. Would love to see a design with side support for smaller bottles.

Great quality products are to be expected from The Friendly Swede and this is not an exception. Great Packaging and sturdy construction let you know simply by touch that this is a quality product. Fastening screws are included if you do not have them with your bicycle.

The holder supports my water bottles which are approximately 23cm around.

Although not an issue for me since I have water bottles that fit these holders, they do not support smaller bottles. This design does not have side support which may allow for a wider range of water bottles to be used on your ride. so, just be sure to make an informed purchase. If you prefer the side support on your water bottles, then you may want to try a different design. As it turns out, these are perfect for me.

This product is great if you have angled allen wrenches...

Works as advertised. Knocked off a single star because the top mounting hole is aligned so perfectly with the curved retaining part that it made it a little tricky to secure a proper tightening with my hex tools (only have long bar ones, not the 90-degree angled ones). I'm sure those with an angled set won't have the same problem, but still found it a bit odd that that bar had to be *exactly* over the mounting hole. Inconvenient.

As for function, yeah, it holds my bottle just fine. All manner of angles, the bottle is retained. Works for me. Glad it came in a pair, mounting the second one to my next bike once that arrives!
