I got a small and honestly think the XS would have been a bit more "hooters" in that it would have been more form fitting (the shorts gap about 3" when I have them pulled up (if I pull down to low rise higher they work but I feel like it looks wrong). The tank is not loose but it fits like a casual semi fitted tank, I thought it'd be tighter and if I had the option I'd get the XS. I'm usually a 0 so I think it would fit better if I hadn't chickened out and gotten the small.
Between sizes size up for modesty and down for sexy
Otherwise go w your true size!

The product was fine. Fits is a bit small but descent quality. However, the packaging was anything but discreet. It came in a clear plastic bag where you could see exactly what was in it. This was embarrassing and disappointing.
