Yes, you can use arrowroot powder in the kitchen for cooking and baking. I also use it as dry shampoo and body powder, so I love that it's available in bulk.
But, why this brand? Anthony's arrowroot is more finely ground than any other I've tried. It works beautifully as body powder because it's not as gritty as the others, and doesn't have a detectable scent. It's the perfect dry shampoo because the prices right, and because it doesn't have, well, butane in it. Seriously, check the ingredients in your dry shampoo.
