I ordered this iron to replace my 2 year-old Rowenta, which was leaking water. So far, this iron is not leaking. I hope that it lasts longer than 2 years. Gone are the days when you could rely on an iron to last a very long time. Some people complained about the temperature knob; however, my Rowenta's was in the same place. The iron heats up very quickly. I am happy, so far.
Doesn’t get very hot.

It's a nice iron but it doesn't get hot enough for my taste. It takes a while to heat up too.
Steams like a champ

The directions state an on/off option but that's not available. Auto off is the only option. Blinks when in auto off. Can use tap water for steam and spray. Working as expected
THE BEST IRON EVER!!

OMG! I tried sooooo many different irons. Ok, first my husband picked one out for me. I forgot what iron he picked out, but I didn't care for it so I was glad when it blew out. It blew out because we had a faulty plug socket but didn't know it until a total of 3 irons blew out! Anyway, so then I got to pick out the iron I wanted in the first place, which was the Black & Decker Classic Steam Iron F67E. I wanted that iron because I don't care for the "space age" look that new irons have these days. The Black & Decker one looks just like "old school" that I'm used to. So I got that iron & I was so excited. Well, I liked it ok, especially the looks & how it heats, but it doesn't have a spray for water. I can't iron without one, plus I found out that the Black & Decker (as well as many other irons) contain chemicals in the cord that have been known to cause cancer. I've had cancer so I sent this iron back right away & was soooooooooooo happy I did because I found the iron of my dreams! I make masks so I definitely need an iron. This iron heats up really quick, has every, single feature I want & need, it's comfortable to hold & use, it's really, really pretty & the best feature I will never own another iron without, is the retractable cord. I LOVE THIS IRON!

I've been using this iron for a couple of weeks now. I STILL love it! I have found one irritating thing about it though, the dial. After you plug it in, you turn the dial to set the temperature. The dial is underneath the handle & it's hard to see & hard to turn. I can deal with that though. Other than that, it's still perfect!
POWER!

Yanno how in the old Westerns when the train would pull into the station and shoot out a huge puff of steam as it approached the platform? This iron does that! The Shot of Steam (R) feature is activated by a trigger under the handle and there is noticeable recoil as the iron shoots a puff of steam straight into that stubborn wrinkle! HA! It actually feels like the iron is going to lift off the board a little. I reckon wimmen-folk and young-uns ought keep back a pace or two when I'm a-smoothin out my Sunday-go-to-meetin' duds lest they be scalded like an old hound dawg that got too close to the corn pone.
The ceramic coating on the bottom aint quite as slick and smooth as the teflon on my old i-ron, but I don't give it much mind cuz it works just as fine as frog's hair.
