Well... this wasn't exactly what we were expecting. In the photo (as you can see) it looks like the cover is just laying on the chair. You can't see how the cover is attached to the chair, and you certainly do not see any elastic straps anywhere in those photos. When we received it, we discovered that there is actually elastic on the sides which SHOULD be visible in the display photo, because it is attached to the right and left sides of the top (at your headrest), but for some reason isn't visible in any of the photos on Amazon...? Every time we sat down in our recliner, the cover popped off and hit us in the head, because the elastic was placed horribly. So... time for some DIY! (The price was just too low for us to deal with the hassle of returning it, etc.) Hubby and I sat down and modified our cover and added a 2nd band of elastic further down (where it made more sense), and then we modified the elastic that came with the cover so that it actually wrapped around the elastic we had attached (think 'suspenders on a belt' only permanent). Long story short: No more slaps in the face! :) :) :) Other than the 'elastic fiasco', the cover is okay. It's not as plush as I thought it would be, but it keeps me warm when I sit on it. It is a nice color (brown), and it is long enough to fully cover our recliner (Ashley Power Recliner). I love the fact that there are pockets on both sides of the arm rests (I am a crafter and those pockets come in very handy!), so you end up with 4 pockets total.

I really like this concept but when I get up, it doesn't stay in place. I have my phone, kindle and a few other things and it just slips to the floor. Maybe if I take items out might be better but that defeats the purpose. I have it on my leather chair so that is why but I thought I could fasten it. Is there anything else that I can do?

I have had this cover a few days. It stretched out of shape the pockets especially and I don't even put anything in them., not to mention it looks like a sheep . I'm not to thrilled with this. I would not buy it again.
I am now looking for a new one.

Works great on my recliner. My recliner is a smaller recliner though. I think if it was a bigger recliner that it would not fit them. It does have fuzz coming off with use and I have not washed it yet, so I don't know how that is going to go. Will update when i actually wash this. The pockets on the sides are deep and my remotes fit easily. The top could use a larger elastic band as now I have the top of my recliner tied up with rope because the top came down daily and was very annoying.

I just got my brown cover today for my mother in law. I was soo happy with it that I immediately took it to her house so she could start enjoying it! She loves it! She has a chair lift recliner and it fits perfectly! The fleece fabric is very soft and warm. It will keep her very warm. She loves the side arm pockets. They are perfect for remotes or anything else she needs close by. It fits her chair perfectly and I was soo happy with it I ordered one for my dad! Thanks for making my parents happy and comfortable!
