A soy sauce that's seasoned with all the right spices! My mother really enjoys this sauce as a marinade. She likes the slight sweetness from the pear and apple. As for me, I tried it over rotisserie chicken and it was fantastic! You can use the sauce by itself but it's even better as a complement with other sauces and spices. It's affordable and the packaging is nice as always coming from Sempio.
