Good Possible Replacement for X-Acto

Working in design I have found that the X-Acto blades seem to have gone down a bit in quality, esp. when doing cut out. A scalpel seems to be a perfect solution. The handle is both comfortable and uncomfortable. In other-words, if you are used to the round grip an X-Acto gives you, this is more like holding a quill pen. It will take some getting used to.
Super inexpensive, VERY sharp, seller NEEDS to include at least a diagram how to attach the blades before someone cuts themself!

Taking off one star because something this potentially dangerous in one's hands should have at least came with a diagram how to put the blades in for those of us that have never used one! Thankfully someone answered a question about this so I found out how to do it before severing any of my fingers!
I bought this for lancing a sebaceous cyst on one of my cats. It worked perfectly. SUPER sharp so I barely touched the surface of the skin and the gunk started coming out. I'm not sure my cat even felt it!
NOTE: if you aren't sure what a lump or bump is on your cat or dog do NOT self treat like this. I only did so as she has had one of these before and this looked and acted EXACTLY like that last bump - pea sized, no redness, no pain, only visible if you felt along her skin.

I'm not sure why others might purchase this but I got it because I needed to remove an item from my foot...against the best judgement of myself and many others. Long story short this thing worked great, especially since prior to that I had only been using razor blades. I'm not sure I suggest home surgery but if you are going to to it at least this comes with individually wrapped sterile blades...trust me it could be way worse.
