Having studied martial arts for 20 years, I've fallen on a lot of different surfaces, but dollamur is by far and away the best mats I've ever used. I've recent moved to a new house, and am setting up a basement dojo, so of course these are the mats I went with. I ordered them yesterday and they arrived today. Amazing. They're super lightweight (so light you'll think you ordered the wrong thing when the box comes...), but I know for a fact they'll last for years to come. I set them up and did a few rolls and some yoga just to test them out and I absolutely love them. Excellent purchase and worth every penny. They're not the cheapest mat out there, but you'll be glad you spent a little extra, it's absolutely worth it.

I was worried about the how the padding would react to my weight and also the feeling of the cover, but I shouldn't have worried. It feels awesome. And the large size makes it easy to do all the exercises you want. The cushioning is just right to me, and my wife feels the same way. I highly recommend this mat.

I was worried at first. I bought this mat for Muay Thai and wasn't sure if it was going to be good. I wasn't sure because the few questions and reviews that were asked or left didn't give me too much info on the mats. The online video reviews also weren't too much help. They are mats and for the most part they are good enough, but the problem arises with the Muay Thai kicks, mostly the pivoting. The pivoting will take a tow on the mats. So far they seem good. They seem like they will handle it. The foam feels like it's durable. For $300 they better be really good mats, and for someone to purchase these mats they have to be serious.

This is the best mat that you can get for doing any type of exercise boxing MMA wrestling gymnastics it's the best. It has plenty of cushion but is still firm good for your back your bones you can do all kinds of jumping on it and the mat will not move. Better than gorilla mat I've had both and the dollamur Mat beats it, hands down.

Needed a mat for our karate class but we sublet and don't have a lot of storage. This rolls up easily and is light enough to let one person move it. Provided enough cushion and deploys quickly!
Pros:
Light and rolls up fairly small (having some straps to cinch it up would be great, but we didn't need it)
Rolled up, it doubles as a striking target for kicks. Not ideal but hey, it works!
Cons:
Bottom is slick on laminate flooring. We put a couple yoga mats under it to prevent moving.
No ability to link mats for a larger area. That would be SO handy.
Not terribly expensive, but totally worth it! Plan on getting at least 1 more, soon.
