Sharp and Powerful Shears

Shun DM7300 Multi-Purpose Shears, Black/Silver These sheers are sharp and powerful. I use them exclusively for cutting food. They cut through chicken bones easily. One note: Because the shears can be taken apart for cleaning (and sharpening, I guess) sometimes the two pieces separate when you're cleaning them. So, be careful not to get cut.
here is nothing I do in the kitchen with shears that these won't handle.

These are very good quality medium-heavy duty shears. Should last many years. There is nothing I do in the kitchen with shears that these won't handle.

These shears are everything they're billed to be. Some of the sharpest blades I've ever seen with a sturdy (arguably even heavy) construction. I could see someone with small hands not finding them to be comfortable, but it wasn't a problem for us.
The design allows you to open them further then normal to easily separate the blades for cleaning. It's an ideal setup because you'd never accidentally take them apart, but it's incredibly simple when doing so on purpose.
I'd wholeheartedly recommend these for your kitchen.
