Nothing wrong with the product. We didn't use it long enough to soil it. It was always covered. My 92 year old mom with dementia just could not adjust to it. I feel bad that you're issuing a refund without item return

I have been very happy with this company and have three cushions made by them. Bel cushions give good support for sitting high in chair or sofa. My husband uses them to make it easier to see and get up off the sofa and chairs. I have the lower cost cushion that is not gel but very comfortable and gives me good support when sitting in a chair. Is firm but has a little more give to it.

Seat was very comfy. Only issue is when I took the cover off to wash it and put it back on the zipper broke. This was the first time I washed it. Just use it without it being zip.
