I was very impressed with the quality and overall look of these blinds. I first order a single set to see if the quality was as advertised and man was I blown away by the quality and how good they looked specially for the price when compared to some 3x or 4x more expensive ones from Home Depot. I was so happy with the results that I continued to order 7 more sets for all the windows in my house. The only issue that I did have was the last set I ordered was lost in transit but to a great surprise and another testimony to the quality product the customer support was amazing, they responded to my issue within hours of my message and worked to send me a replacement set very quickly and continued to follow up to ensure it had gotten to me the second time. Over all I think this product is a solid 4.5 stars or better but the amazing customer support sends it clear too 5 stars in my book. I would highly recommend the product and the seller and will be coming back in the future.
Missing parts, very poor packaging

Package was very poorly protected, with very thin cartoon box. Package came with box completely destroyed on one side which caused the metal part to bind and not possible to install the plastic part.
Also, package is missing few elements:
- two mounting brackets
- several screws
- support bracket
- several valance clips
Package includes instruction manual with above items mentioned to be present - but they are missing.
Missing items makes this blinds useless and unable to install.

Cord pull mechanism broke after 2 months!

I bought 2 of these. The blinds themselves look great and hung easily, Unfortunately it's been about 2 months and one of the pull cords on one set has loosened/slipped and doesn't grab so the strings are no longer even when the binds are slanted open - One is super high and the other super low. The lack of symmetry bothers me and there doesn't need to be a way to pull it back into alignment. ;/ Bothers me every time I see it.

Bought these for a 21 1/2" wide window (inside mount). The box says that these blinds are not 22" but 21 1/2". But I get them out of the box and measure -- 20 inches at the widest point! I held them up to the window and saw that they were indeed nearly 2" too narrow.
I returned them and purchased 23" wide blinds, which fit beautifully.
Size aside, these are nice blinds. Thick slats, everything is attractive, solidly built. I was irritated that I couldn't use these nice blinds.

False Advertising

I ordered the 27x38 from the seller "Bravada" and this was NOT as advertized! The item was NOT a Lotus and Windoware product. I ordered 4 other blinds in addition to these ones and this item did not match the others! (The valance on the top was different and the color was slightly more cream than the others) Also, it blatantly says "Graber" on the blinds themselves. I'm very unhappy that this was falsely advertised.
