Drips Like Crazy

This is beautiful, but it constantly drips. I have had it level, pointed slight downward, pointed slightly upward. I have changed the flow from almost nothing to high flow. Nothing works. It drips from the bottom constantly onto a small outcropping on the wall splashes from the drip and over time creates stains on the rock wall.
