This was the same model as the one replaced and it fit perfectly. It arrived packed really well with molded styrofoam holding each corner on one side and an airbag on the other side, packed in a box that was the perfect size to prevent movement so there wasn't a scratch on it. It was the easiest diy job and took me about 10 mins to get the job done. I'd definitely purchase from this store again.

Came with all parts pre attached. I would recommend buying a new water inlet line (the braided steel). The seal from toilet to tube leaked badley and about same price for just rubber gaskets. I just bought a universal that had all washers already in it.

Yeesh who knew how many different tanks and openings there could be when trying to just replace a toilet tank and keep the base! I prevailed and this fit perfectly on the same brand toilet base! (Mind you I thought I'd be slick and go get a replacement at the local hardware store which leaked and didn't fit) moral of the story match the brand!! No leaks! And this 58 year old grandma fixed it herself!! ðŸ'Œ

This tank arrived fast with sufficient packaging. Both tank and top completely intact. The tank is a direct fit to replace a Vortens 3464 tank. It isn't quite the same shape, but matches up well, and it FITS. The Bolt width on this is 5.75"
