I have been using the Back Buddy for years and it really helps. Basically, you hold the knob of the Back Buddy against a sore muscle in your back for about 20 seconds and then stretch in the opposite direction. I originally bought the smaller version and w as pleased with how great it is to target leg and back muscles. I soon found that I am to larger to reach some hard to reach back muscles. So I ordered this larger version. No worries though, My wife had some muscle issues and I suggested she try the "ladies" back buddy. When the new larger back buddy arrived, she informed me was hers. She has mentioned a number of times how glad she is to have her own.

Just exactly what I needed for working out my trigger points. I had another brand that worked, but, this is, in my opinion, much better for my use, as the different "ends" can be used to apply different measures of pressure for the trigger points.

I had bought my husband a cheap version at Target that he liked but it broke fairly quickly. Then we ordered this one and I can't imagine how it could ever break. If you're looking for one of these I don't think you could find a better one.
