Good antenna for the size and price!

Despite the antenna just about being destroyed in the shipping process, I got it put back together and straightened out and mounted it in the attic, taking my compass up and directing it at exactly 45 degrees at the broadcast towers, a scan finds it actually gets the higher channels that my previous antenna couldn't get. It's small and there's not a lot to it, but it works really well!

Tried several more expensive indoor amplified antennas (which I all returned) before trying this antenna and this one worked the best. Before installing I looked up which direction the antenna should be pointed for best results online, mounted it onto an old existing dish network satellite post, with the included hardware, and I was good to go. I ended up receiving about 120 channels (more than I expected and some I won't ever watch) and have not missed my cable since.

I set this up in my parents' attic so that they could eventually cut their cable television service. While I did purchase a mast to mount it, I wound up mounting the antenna directly flat to a beam in the attic. The antenna will rotate about 30° in either direction, so depending on your situation and where you need to point your antenna, you may not need a mast either, as mounting to a beam is a much simpler solution.
The antenna is routed into a PCT 4 channel distribution amp (linked below), which enabled me to send a strong signal to two televisions in the home and still have two remaining channels available (though the amplification level does drop with each channel being used). The picture quality is the same or better than cable and I highly recommend this combo!

I was using an rca indoor amplified antenna and only pulled in about 20 channels with it. I put this antenna up today and went to 46 channels. Now I can watch Fox 8 for all my favorite shows. I have this running on a splitter between me and my neighbor on two tv's with no amplifier and no dropouts in signal. The antenna is about 10' off the ground on an existing satellite dish mount. I definitely recommend this product to anyone.
