The presentation looks great online but when I received my item it was really dull looking. Not what I had expected. I guess I have to treat the wood with some type of vegetable oil in order to rid the awful dull appearance. Sturdy just an ugly dull finish.

Got it a few months back and its coming apart

This cutting board showed up and the wood was already splitting. It looks nice but I unfortunately almost got no use out of this for fear of bacteria growing within the separations.

Within the first to second wash, a crack appeared in the board. Bamboo is not the way to go. More like grandmas old chopping board, the one without the little gully by the edge. I would look at good will, Salvation Army, yard sales etc. MAYBE bed bath and beyond. Good luck people. I will NOT order this again,.
