Bought specifically to carry, I use a stiff belt and appendix position. these help keep everything up. A weird way to shoulder holster in a sense. But it's more comfortable than having the belt tight.

Started wearing suspenders because I was over weight. I wear them now because I prefer them. They securely and reliably control the position of your pants without ratcheting down your belt. This is easier on my back and allows me to care extra weight (knifes, flashlights, etc.) on my belt. I love these suspenders. They are comfortable without slipping off my shoulders. They are well made and I prefer the belt hooks over clips. Best product I have found.

Easy to put on after you've done it a few times. I've had to wear a t-shirt between the suspenders and my skin to keep from getting irritated by the shoulder straps though. They do keep my pants from dragging on the carpet like they used to.

Did not give me superpowers nor did it make me irresistible to women, but it did hold my pants up, and that's what I bought them for. As for durability, I've worn them for about 6 hours. Ask me about durability in 3 or 4 months. I carry a pistol, so my pants need the extra support, and this seems to provide it.
