I worked in a pizza restaurant as a cook when I was a teenager, this is what we used. It needs to be seasoned, spray some cooking oil on it and put it the oven for a bit.The only cons are it's made in India, I was expecting somthing made in USA given the brands name, and it was bent during shipping but I bent it back in to shape. Great price.
