Love the coffee, a really great medium roast for cold brew but wow... the price increase in 3 months, up almost $5. Seems like whenever I start digging a coffee brand the price skyrockets after 3 or 4 orders. Hate to see you go, but the search continues. Bye, bye.

I've tried a lot of coffees. Really. A lot. I've paid stupid money for Jamaican Blue Mountain and Hawaiian Kona and have been disappointed every time. Those coffees were good, but they just didn't pop like the Jamaican Blue Mountain I had in Jamaica or the Kona I had in Hawaii. So I spent a lot of money for a decent cup of coffee.
Then, along comes Don Pablo at about 1/4 the price I paid for the exotics. And I have to tell you, the taste is great. On par or better than the JBM and Kona beans I've purchased. Just a consistent, tasty, medium roast, low acid South American style coffee. I highly recommend it.
I do sometimes try beans from other brands, but this one is my rock. The one I can always count on while I continue to be disappointed with the taste / cost ratio of virtually everything else I try. Maybe some day I'll find that unicorn, but until then Don Pablo will continue to be my go to coffee.
