Don't use in sandbox, not soft at all.

Quality is good but don't think you are going to fill a sandbox with 25lbs it's not enough wish I knew before.
It works with small sandboxes but no in medium-big at all. I was surprised when I received the box because it's a very small size box.

Sure didn't seem like 25 pounds of sand to me or to my landscaper rip off not worth it if it wasn't a pain in the neck I would return it

The sand is good quality, but not nearly enough for the price. We bought a sand box with the measurements 28 x 42 x 11 inches and this 25 pound bag looked like NOTHING inside. Had to go to Home Depot and grab 2 50 pound bags of safety sand for $8.50/each.
I would not recommend these bags for any sand box unless you're willing to pay and arm and a leg to fill it up.
