Simple, works

Been using it for four days without issue. Haven't tested it against for accuracy -- but seems about right. Bought it to get a general idea of the temp in a water preheat tank that I have wired directly to a couple of spare solar panels. Works fine for that.
Fits my needs.

Very simple to use.
Thats pretty accurate in my book

3 guesses where I have the sensor probe located. Mom always said leave it in for at least 3 minutes so I did. Then I left it in a while longer to see if it varied. It didn't and stabilized at this number. Thats pretty accurate in my book.

It appears as if the probe updates itself about roughly every 30 seconds, and as the probe changes temperature the temperature rises until it reaches equilibrium. Its not an instant measure kind of thing. It really did take a couple of minutes for it to properly climb to my body temperature.

I was tempted to take off a star for no on/off switch. You will have to remove the batteries (easy to do). But this precise accuracy deserves recognition.
Used this to monitor the temperature on my Sur Ron (Electric mini Dirt Bike) Battery!

Love this little temperature sensor - was exactly what I needed to monitor the (external) temperatures on my upgraded Sur Ron battery! Where I live, it gets very cold - and batteries tend to lose capacity in cold temperatures. So... I used aluminum tape to stick usb-powered heating pads onto the outside of the battery, stuck the temperature sensor in on a separate part - a little bit away from the heating pads - and then insulated the whole thing with foam. My battery's external temperature went from being around 32 degrees to around 58 degrees! Meaning my range went from around 60% back up to around probably 95%! :) And this little sensor allowed me to monitor it carefully - even while riding around.

I just stuck the digital part into my phone holder. The LCD also seems to do surprisingly well in cold temperatures - where most LCD's start to fade and update slow in cold temps.

It also seems to match pretty closely to what my inferred thermometer tells me (tested before I insulated everything).

5 stars all the way.
Accurate, Seller was great.

Bought two. Seem accurate when compared to any other thermometer. One started acting up, and the Seller jumped all over it and had a new one at my door in just a few days. I see how they are built and I saw they are not hardy. If you treat it well, it will provide you a long service life. If you yank the cable, are dropping, or storing it tossed about in a tool box; it probably will not be up to the rough treatment. I keep them in my refrigerators, with the probe in the fridge, and the reader mounted in the top hinge with two sided tape. I would definitely get again. Seller was great.
