All in all it is a good product. It has everything I needed and more. The reason for the 4 star is that the zipper is not smooth when opening and closing the bag. Somehow I have to play around the tracks to close the bag. I have a Sony Alpha 6K, with two lenses in the bag so there is no bulkyness with the contents.

Perfectly fits my Nikon D3400, 18-55mm lens, 70-300mm lens, macro lens and wide angle lens (stacked together in one section), my two lens hoods (they aren't reversible) my two flashes and I still have room for my cord organizer and filter cases.
Also fits my HP 13.3 2 in 1 laptop. I specifically bought this bag for that purpose. I will be flying in Dec and I want to carry on my camera gear and laptop. This is the perfect bag to be my personal item and fit all my needs.
It is also very comfortable and there are a few options to adjust the bag to be most comfortable for you. I Will use this for traveling (I don't check any bags) and for hiking/mountain biking. I took it out on a rode today and the only issue was that my back was sweating a little more than usual but that was expected, it was warm out. When I was riding hills and going over rigorous terrain, all the items stayed in their respective areas.
The removable dividers let's you customize your bag to fit your needs.

Good pack, with plenty of room for equipment. The fold out tripod holder is a nice touch. It's very well constructed, and sits comfortably on the shoulders and lower back. Reasons for only 4 stars - The inner padded compartment separators seem to wander (needs more velcro around the top and bottom of the compartment). Also, it's a little "light" on interior pockets for things like batteries, remotes, lens cleaning kits, etc. I have no regrets about the purchase. just added some feedback for the manufacturer

This was a great addition to my camera equipment. Holds all the basics that I need to go shoot for the day. But do not expect it to hold all your camera gear. That is not what it is for. It is a pre-planned day bag for shooting. The only thing I wish is for more versatility in how I was able to set up the dividers. It is not that they don't work, they do very well. Just wish I had more of them or the ones it came with were more separated. But this is a comfortable and easy to use bag that let's keep with the kid or dog or whatever else I might be doing.
Zippers broke almost immediately

Didn't last long. I purchased it on August. Within the first month the zipper for the small pocket on top broke. The next month the zipper for the big section broke too. Cheaply made. I recommend you buy a different brand.
