This kit is very capable. It is not surgical quality but for the money, it is a very good buy. Lot's of extras that I doubt I'll need but to save $35 changing out an Energizer $4 battery, One time it's paid for itself. I would buy again and the little tools make band removal easier and the big tweezers are very useful. It would rate 5 stars but it is long on "appearance" and a tad short of "precision". But a very good tool. Changed 4 batteries since I received it Saturday. I might give these as gifts the Xmas.

So happy I bought this. I have a pretty extensive watch collection, and I was struggling to get some of their backs on after changing the battery. This was so easy to use and worked in 2 seconds. I thought this was kind of excessive, but it's definitely worth it if you have multiple watches and want to change their batteries yourself

Worth every penny because now I can maintain my own watches instead of paying a jeweler. I also think that watch manufacturers should include a service manual with their watches instead of locking people into an expensive cycle of relying on a "specialist" to do something people can do for themselves. I marked this item down one star because they don't provide details on what each tool is used for. I had to watch YouTube videos to understand what's in this kit. It's a great purchase and I wish I had bought one of these a long time ago.

I purchased this with the primary goal of adjusting a metal watch band, which it does well. Though when twisting the tool to force the lugs out of the watch band caused the piece to move,making it difficult to line up, so I will be using pin punches with the "bonus hammer" next time.
Most of the tools seem to be fairly solidly constructed, I attempted to bend them with minimal pressure in my hand and none bent. However the tweezers were bent when I received them. I used the hammer to line it back up, but I'm still disappointed about that, these tweezers are still slightly out of shape.
Also concerning the hammer, it's slightly annoying that it doesn't have an elastic band to hold it in place, like every other tool, but I suppose it is just a "bonus"
I will be editing this review later to cover the 3 pin case opener, but I do not have any non automatic watches on me.
In short:
Most tools seem to be a strong enough metal, except the tweezers

I had ventured to replace the battery of one of my watches, but was then unable to get the back back on, no matter what I tried. Rather then send the watch off to a shop or find local parking, I decided to buy this watch press.
It would be nice if the package would include an instruction sheet, but I was able to select the correct pair of disks looking at the pictures online. It was a breeze to finally close the watch, and while I was at it, I replaced batteries in three other watches I had lying around. Very pleased that I was able to save the money to bring four watches to a shop.
