I bought this to wash my face. It does work but not how I thought. I literally have to hold it up and pinch it shut at the same time. Its doable and I don't mind but the type of faucet you have will dramatically affect how well it would work. This is mine for reference and my water stream is quite high pressured.

I have more of a squared faucet in my bathroom so somewhat of a struggle put on. Also, sometimes water squirts out of the side but probably due to the shape of the faucet. Helps with getting ready.

The media could not be loaded. I'm goi my to blame this partly on my faucet head being larger than the whole, but the device allowed for some stretch so I could force it on there. It doesn't quite make the stream as advertised so that's why I rate it a 3.5. I rounded up since Amazon doesn't allow us to rate partial stars.

A really fun product that does exactly what it says on the tin. Someone else wrote about this, and I will reiterate: you have to pinch the nozzle and point it away from yourself for the water to flow like a water fountain. It fits perfectly on a classic kitchen faucet, and I reckon it wouldn't fit well on anything different or unusual. Kids would love this; it's overwhelming for kittens, though.
