What a beautiful and comfortable strap!! The padding is just enough. I put it on a parlor size acoustic guitar. The description of glove leather is accurate - it's butter soft. If I had to guess the price of this strap, considering the quality of manufacturing, the suppleness of the leather and the design, I would guess that a good price would be $35 - $45.
I'm totally pleased with this purchase. I would buy another if the need arose.

First off let me say I never review things i buy unless they are crap.This is not the case! I plain love this strap!It's buttery soft and the width protects my shoulder well. Pictures don't do it justice. Just plain wonderful.
