Didn't send me everything

They didn't send me the kettle screen, just the valve. I'm ticked...I cannot figure out how to contact them so I'm just going to return the product. So irritated.
Beware Mismatched Kit!
T J Worker•February 26, 2017
Useless as a "kit" since parts are sized wrong. The male nipple of the valve that is fitted through the kettle is threaded on the outside, 1/2" (for the included lock nut and o-ring) and threaded inside(I thought for the bazooka screen) with a smaller 3/8" female thread. However, the screen is a male thread the same size as the male valve 1/2". Really, I could have messed this up myself that's why I purchased a "kit". To make this work, will take an additional stainless steel 1/2" coupling... Not Included!
The screen should have been able to screw into the valve as indicated in the description with a smaller size thread, instead an additional fitting is needed which BTW makes the entire unit far too long (13.5") to fit into the kettle. See attached pictures.........
