Just like the other reviewers, this works perfect to protect the unit. I got the clear one that's opaque. It forms to the controls perfect. The plus on the cover that I didn't expect is that it helps the unit stay in place when on a slippery surface, like a bed sheet, or on your lap, etc. The Walkman itself is slick so it slides off of curved surfaces, but the cover keeps it in place. Will buy a couple different colors now that I know it fits like a glove. The screen protector is perfect size with a nice cleaning cloth. Worth every dollar spent.

I've tried a few different options for protecting my NW-A25 Walkman, and for me this one is the best. The silicone is slim and form fitting and adds a nice tactile element to the Walkman. I've had the little bugger slip out of my hand a few time before I got this sleeve, but this adds a little "grippiness" to it. One thing to note, if you stick this in your pocket, it will collect a little of pocket lint on it (a common problem with silicone sleeves). I also really like the screen protector that comes with the sleeve. It has a slight non-glare matte finish, but it doesn't affect the ability to see the screen. It's a nice little bonus. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

This is a really nice silicone cover for the Sony Walkman MP3 Player. My job is dirty and this cover does a really good job of keeping the dust and grime at bay. It has indents for the button locations so you know what you are pressing, and holes for certain controls, like the hold switch, charger port and earbud jack. I read some complaints that it didn't fit well - mine fits great. Also that it wasn't clear - well, it's silicone, so it's not going to be transparent. The picture clearly shows it is translucent. On a silver Walkman, like mine, it makes it look more whitish, but if you had a colored one, like red maybe, it would allow the color to show through more muted. My only gripe would be that it is not as "grabby" as I would like. The silicone cover on my old iPod had a slightly less smooth texture, which made it easier to hold and manipulate, I feel, than this case. But that's really minor. I would recommend this cover to anyone with a Sony Walkman.
The cover slips off way too easily, but unfortunately there's not many options for this ...

I got this for my Sony nwz-a17 hi res player,and it doesn't fit right. The cover slips off way too easily, but unfortunately there's not many options for this player yet so it's better than nothing i guess.
