I love that with this energy drink mix that you can make it as strong or weak as you want, it takes about 15 min for the affect to start, I don't get all hyped and jittery like with other energy drinks but stay focused and don't feel draggy and heavy, absolutely no crash when it wears off!

This is a great product that I purchase regularly. Very useful as a substitute for Gatorade or other less healthy drinks. Gives a lot of hydration and energy. I wish the company would change the name though.

The taste is just a little bit "off" for me. Kind of reminds me of that Airborne Vitamin C drink. But you get a vanilla aftertaste that makes you want more. Overall, for something that's not chock full of sugar and carbs, it's really good!
