I have menieres and found helichrysium essential oil rubbed on flat part just on outer ear next to canal hole and also on bone behind ear works. Also acupuncture treatments two times a week until stabilized but continue oils at least two times a day. I have just begin to experiment with myrrh and frankincense to see if they work since I don't like the smell of helichrysium. Search for oil testimonials.
