Don't buy it
I still do not receive my productJuly 25, 2018
The form is very nice, but the flexibility is ridiculous all the deserds that you make are broken at the end of the process. I dont recomended
Very flexible- not necessarily in a good way!

These are a nice shape but are VERY flexible. I used it for a jello mold and it worked okay but if I made a cake in it I would be worried that when taking it out of the oven, the cake could crack due to the lack of any kind of rigidity.

Smaller than expected, the pattern takes up more space than you'd think, so your cake comes out much smaller. That I could live with. The inner tube is lower than the outer rim, so it wrecked an angel food cake when the batter poured out through the tube instead of rising. I put up with that too as a learning experience. But my next cake - totally easy mix cake - didn't bake through (took an extra 8 minutes in the oven before it finally baked) and didn't pop out at all neatly - cake stuck into all the folds and what came out looked like a disaster. Maybe there's a learning curve and I'm slow, but this pan is not doing what I thought it would, and I wish I hadn't missed the return window.
Stupid Design Flaw
Barbara the BarbarianJanuary 27, 2017
I didn't notice this rediculous design flaw until I used this mold for the first time, but the open tube in the middle is about two inches shorter than the sides of the pan. This is a sugar free pound cake without levening, so it didn't rise much, but a typical cake batter would have risen up over the inner tube and poured down inside, making a mess. For most tube pans, the inner tube is the same height as the sides. I guess I could cover the hole with foil as a precaution.
