Cute but where does the water go?

Very cute but I have to fill it up 4 or 5 times in a day or the pump starts screaming!!!!! I put it outside so the birds would enjoy it. The Big birds did but not the little birds.

The frog doesn't connect to the bowl very well. It has a silicon ring on the bottom stem on the frog, but that doesn't really secure the frog to the rim, it tips forward into the bowl and easily becomes detached when the bowl is emptied for cleaning. I have the blue fish version of this and it does lock on to the rim of the bowl. Other than that it is cute, and it gurgles away all afternoon as the sun hits the solar panel.

Be careful about purchasing this. When we opened the carton, there was a paper that said "Do not return this. Call us if you have a problem" Well, the fountain worked for one day, then stopped, under a clear sunny sky. Did not come back the next day. I called the number and it seemed as if I was reaching a residence, not an office. It was during business hours, but I had to leave a message. No one has called me back and it was now 3 days ago. So I will return it and look for another fountain completely. Too bad.

The solar panel and/or pump did not work upon receipt so I've been forced to purchase a $20 plug in pump which is NOT how I wanted to run it. I purchased it bc of the solar no plug in option. I called and spoke with someone who took my information was going to pull the item and call me back and have not been able to reach anyone since as the phone operations are poorly monitored. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPENSIVE NOT WORKING UPON RECEIPT PURCHASE!!!

Disappointing. Very cute and sounds wonderful. Water needs to be refilled every 1-3 days depending on temperature and wind. My pump stopped working after just 3-months. Now, it's just a heavy eye-sore that I hate to get rid of, but probably need to. Better luck with yours.
