I don't know if it's in my head or not but this really does seem to help. I've been taking this for months and still feel a tingling sensation before working out. Still taking it though! I take these like shots because I don't really like the artificial flavor so fruit punch is the most mild. The sour ones are a little too much and give me a bit of a headache.

This is only second type of prework out mix ive used, i havent discovered anything negative while i use this product, its just used to get me through my high physical demanding job, once every four or five hours seems to keep me energetic, flavor isnt bad least its not aweful. I just can say woww, this is the best preworkout in my opinion, i was a huge fam of C4 until i try Legion, you can feel a better felling during and after the gym, much power for a longer period of time, can go wrong with this preworkout, hope to try the rest of theie products.

Legion Pulse is a great preworkout when it isn't clumping up. I purchased it 2 months ago and in that time it has become a huge clump that doesnt breakdown properly. I know that it isnt the environment by itself because I keep it with my other supplements and the C4 that I had left is still fine. It is such a huge pain in the ass to properly dose now that I cant even fit it into the little spoon they give you. If you guys can figure out what is causing premature clumping this product will be super awesome.
Edit: I reached out to Legion and they were more than happy to send me a new bottle without a fuss. They have excellent customer service, would recommend.
