I bought this 3 weeks ago but just tried it out today. Exactly like several other negative reviewers said, The attachment of the hose to the tank does not stay on firmly, there is no way to otherwise secure it, and when it disconnects (as it always does immediately upon starting) the device stops working. It literally disconnected the first time I started the machine and every time since. It has not worked properly at all. I've been trying to get it working all afternoon. It only works if I physically push the hose connector into the hose inlet with force, which makes this thing useless. I am contacting their customer service now. I will post again on their response to this issue, which many people are obviously having based on the poor reviews. I wish I paid the negative reviews more attention before I bought it. i wanted this to work so much to wash salt of my car in winter.

UPDATE 1/17/18: Ivation customer service had me ship the defective unit back to them via UPS. They shipped out a replacement washer that arrived today and arrived already banged up and cracked and broken and useless. See the pictures.

I'm hoping they make this right and give me a full refund...not Amazon credit. I want my money back at this point

It's a good product and idea but the quality of the parts in general is very poor, it's broken after the 4th use, in my case from the gun connector, I'm trying to get a replacement but I'm sure that it is going to break again, the thing is that even if the product is decent you will not realize that you have this problems for a long time depending on how often you use the product, in case you take the decision to buy it, be very careful in how do you handle the whole thing, it can break veeery easily.

I bought this more than one year ago for my solar powered cabin and it was perfect to clean the Panels for electicity and hot water on the roof.
It was what I expected. But after a short time the water inlet conector broke . It is a not strong enough plastic part !
The whole thing is useless without it ! It took me quite a time to find out where to get the part. Finally they told me to send the part but when I got the shipment I received a nozzle. I contacted them again and finally they sent me the right part. They did not charge me anything but as I live in Venezuela it took a total of 7 month to get the equipment working again. Now I handle this piece very carefully ! It should be stronger !
The washer is perfect for what I need it. If you find out the customerservice they are friendly !

I purchased this sprayer for work, I use it to clean AC condenser and evaporator coils. This thing works great, it creates a a great low volume, medium to high pressure spray which is perfect for coil cleaning. The hose on this is plenty long so using it on a ladder is easy because you can just leave the unit on the ground and carry the hose up with you. The spray power on this is plenty for my use but it really is not a high pressure spray, I would compare it more to the level of spray you get from a garden pump sprayer but it will continuously deliver that level of volume and pressure. If you are looking at this to clean AC units, mini split AC units, or indoor evaporator coils this will work great for what you need it to do. I use a pump sprayer with soap or coil cleaner to spray on the cleaner then I just use this for the rinse, works great.

Great power "rinser" :-) First off, let me say I am extremely pleased with this product! I would give 5 stars, but i have to agree with some earlier reviews that it does feel a bit flimsy on some parts. For example, the spay nozzle feels very flimsy. More imporantly, BE CAREFUL with adjusting the spray! To go from "mist" to "jet" you twist it in the same direction as you would to unscrew the nozzle.... and there is no stop.... I was up on my 3rd floor balcony and adjusting the spray only to watch the nozzle fly off across my yard! Luckily it wasn't pointing in the direction of anyone!

Now on to the performance. I knew this wouldn't be a "high power washer" and it doesn't have a super strong stream/flow... but its enough to rinse things off. The main thing I got this for was to wash all the pollen off my decks and windows. It works great for that. I can also now clean my patio screens with a steady mist/stream of water.

So for me, its exactly what I was looking for. I love that its portable - i even used it to go down to the lake and rinse all the pollen off my boat. The battery worked great.

So if you're looking for something to rinse things off, this will do great. If you need to blast away dirt or grime, you'll be disappointed. This would also make a great sprayer for watering plants.

If the manufacturer would invest just a few more dollars in the quality of the nozzle and hose attachment (at the tank), this would easily get 5 stars every time.
