good old rice chex.... fairly healthy ingredients, nice and crispy in milk, and contains no gmo grains that i am aware of- since i don't think they have done gmo rice yet... and i hope they never will. Some of the most healthy ingredients i've seen in an old commercial brand. ***UPDATE***- the package says it contains some gmo ingredients, but not which ones! i would bet on the sugar or molasses .I AM DOWNGRADING IT FROM 5 TO 3 STARS FOR THE UNKNOWN GMO INGREDIENTS.
Ingredients: Whole grain rice, Rice, Sugar, Salt, Molasses, vitamin E (mixed tocopherol even! wow).
it's good to diversify the grains we eat, Americans probably eat too much wheat. rice is one of the friendlier grains for the human body.

Rice Chex and bananas. Really like these.
This is pretty regularly on my shopping list, and I find the product consistent box to box, in quality, taste, and texture. Good stuff!

Chex cereal has become one of my all-time favorites. All the flavors are good, but I mix in a little of the Rice along with them as well as using it on its own. The Rice is super for problems with high chol, fat, etc.
