This is a lovely little plate, the perfect size for serving small snacks. It is much prettier in person. They are not very expensive.
These plates are not shatterproof, I don't think they are dishwasher safe, either.

These plates are not shatterproof. One shattered inside the top shelf of my dishwasher about a month after purchase. There are shards of glass everywhere. It's a shame, because I really liked the size and look of the plates.

Possible exploding glass

I loved them until today. My beloved cat was eating her food on one of these and it exploded into her face. Thousand bits of glass sprayed across my entire kitchen. It was dry and room temp and i have NO IDEA WHY THIS HAPPENED. I am traumatized by this and so is she. Somehow she isnt hurt, but this experience has me throwing away all of my glass dishes. THESE PLATES ARE DANGEROUS.

For the price, we were a little upset at a couple of things. The biggest being that the plates are uneven. They wobble on any surface you put them on. For the price, I expected sturdy, solid, level plates. The second is that the silver in the picture is much shinier than in person. Other than this, the plates are good.
