I sent this it back because it was too huge for my shower. I did get a return label but unfortunately it was for only 1 box and the item came in two different boxes, one with the base & the other one with the chair. I had to pay $105.00 to return the second box.

The Chair arrived quickly and in excellent condition as an international delivery. The Chair is higher off the ground than I expected. My 17 year old son needs this shower chair and I can put him easily and safely into it and get him out of it easily but my wife would have a much greater difficulty because she is much shorter than I am. The metal casters will probably rust over time in the shower but the cost of the chair outweighs this concern because it is probably 5 to 10 times cheaper in cost than other special needs bath/shower chairs. The back of the chair has 3 angle adjustments which worked out well. I recommend this for those looking for a quality (safe and simple) shower chair that is 5 to 10 times less expensive that the standard special needs shower chairs The chest strap is useful to ensure he stays in the chair as needed. I added the headrest from equipment I already had on hand...

Excellent product worked exactly as described and shown. It arrived promptly, would buy again.

We have gone through many bathing chairs over the past 16 years with my disabled child. As she grew and got heavier we could hardly find anything that would fit her comfortably without being dangerous. This is an excellent chair for my 130 lb girl. It is sturdy and rigid and seats her very comfortable without us worrying about her falling off. I would have liked to have seen a better quality seating material and straps and would not mind having to pay a bit more for some better fabric. Time will tell how long this will last but all things considered it is an excellent buy for the price.

Update 4 months later:
The chair is holding up very well. Fabric is not as bad as it looks/feel since it does not seem to attract mildew. The "stainless steel" casters however are starting to rust. They will need replacement in a few more months but overall I am very happy with the chair. It is the safest and sturdiest one I have found.

March 21st. 2016 - Update 8 months later:
Just bought another one. Will use the old one outside for the pool and the new one inside the house.
As previously stated the fabric is holding very well and does not attract mildew like our previous brands.
My only complaint is the rust on the steel casters. It is getting to be a great annoyance and I am looking for plastic replacements. I hope the new chair has the plastic ones. The photo actually shows plastic casters but they look much smaller.
