Thank you for this great product. My golfing and baseball days are safely behind me, however I am using it mainly as a deterrent to ferocious predator cats from the woods. So far, it is working beautifully; no beast is capable of vaulting the 12' high protection net, and none dare waste a moment of their valuable killing schedule to try and gnaw through the gnetting. I am so grateful there was an alternative to using conventional weapons; that can get messy.

Mounted behind a basketball court to stop the ball from going into the bushes/yard. Wove a piece of plastic-coated steep wire back and forth through the top to hang it. Left a little 'extra' at the bottom. Works great, and the price was good too.
I'd give it 5 stars, but the first package I ordered contained the wrong product (like, not even close) and it took a few back-and-forths to get the right product shipped.

We used this net to protect against our kid's basketball from cross the fence into our neighbor's yard. For casual rebounds that would have gone over, this net is great. To test the net, i threw some objects at it quite strongly, and it held, but with more give. I can foresee over time this net, being thinner strings, to have more give/lax/wear over time. So in short, I am good with it for it's purpose of keeping balls from crossing, but not so confident if I wanted to use it for hitting baseballs against. I would be comfortable with youth soccer against it too.

I have these nets up as a batting cage for my private lessons and the netting had a hole the first week of use. I now have 5 that I have patched up. I recommend to spend a bit more than the #42 netting.
